After 8 months running TPS, the company performance, consequently, has been improved dramatically. – reducing in WIP and lead time, and increasing in sales and profit.
In 2016, we go further more to increase our performance by implementing ISO/TS16949 in order to meet the 1st tier automotive industry requirement.
